We make every effort to display products, colors, and specifications accurately, but we can't guarantee that your screen displays colors exactly or that every description is error-free. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel or refuse orders placed for that product, including after an order is submitted, and will refund any payment received. We may limit quantities per customer or per order.

5. Custom and personalized items

Customized or personalized items, including jerseys and apparel with names, numbers, logos, heat-pressed graphics, or sublimation, are made to order and are final sale. They cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except where the item is defective or does not match the details you approved. Please review sizing and customization details carefully before ordering.

6. Shipping

Shipping methods, rates, and free-shipping eligibility are described in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. Rates and thresholds may change without notice; the rate shown at checkout when you place your order applies.

7. Protective equipment and product use

Hockey is a contact sport with an inherent risk of injury. No helmet, mask, visor, or other protective equipment can prevent all injuries. Follow the manufacturer's fitting, use, and care instructions, confirm that equipment meets the certification requirements (such as HECC) of your league or governing body, and replace equipment that is damaged or worn.

8. Returns and warranties

Returns, exchanges, and our composite stick and shaft warranty are governed by our Refund Policy. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and original designs, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission. Third-party brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
