Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

We ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.
International rates for USPS and DHL Express are calculated in real time at checkout. The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees charged by the destination country; these are not included in the shipping price.
Damaged or missing packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us at marlow@thunderbayhockeyco.com or (813) 753-3953 with your order number and we'll work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
